Super Find

Super Find can be used to search for Inventory Item Descriptions during Ticket Entry and Inventory Maintenance. It can also be used to search for customer names during Ticket Entry.


Super Find can find alternate spellings, misspellings and abbreviations. You can search for multiple matching words during a single search.


Example:

Black, BLACK, BLK, Louver, LVR, Johnson, Janson, etcetera, etc.


You can also search for multiple words.

There are no keywords to maintain.


To start a Super Find

In Ticket Entry...

...to Super find an item press >F2 twice.

...to  Super Find a customer press >F3 then >F2


Click the binoculars in item maintenance or while printing product labels.


Fill in the dialog like this to find all matching records.



The [Find] Button becomes active after you have typed something in the Matching field. Use the cursor keys to highlight the desired record and press enter or double click the record with your mouse.


The dialog is "sticky" so it will remember your settings for next time.


Remember -you can search for multiple words at one time.
